You may also be asked to talk about what you find most rewarding in being a nurse. In answering this, talk about the broader spectrum of the essential aspects of being a nurse. These include the satisfaction of seeing a lost hope restored in someone’s life after patient recovery and the typical idea of interacting with patients as well as their loved ones. Another prompting question is how your nursing career was natured for you. You can talk about your university supervisor or your first job in nursing.
